Castlevale have agreed to purchase a 2 acre plot at the entrance into the popular industrial estate.
Planning permission has been granted for a total of 17,000ft² of mixed B1, B2 and B3 accommodation with units ranging from 1000ft² – 9500ft².
Work is due to commence in late summer 2009.

- Extensive sports and recreation facilities
- Provision for new Primary School.
- High quality environment utilising sustainable design and drainage.
- A minimum of 925 homes up until 2026.
- Northallerton Gateway
Working with an associated company, Castlevale have secured options over approximately 55 acres of land to the east of Darlington Road, north of Northallerton town centre.
The site forms a large part of Hambleton District Council’s preferred development option for north Northallerton and is scheduled to provide:- A minimum of 400 new homes up until 2021. 40% to be affordable.
- A minimum of 15 acres of commercial land for B1, B2 and B3 uses.
- Gateway uses to include:
- Care home
- Hotel/pub
- District Retail shopping
- High quality environment utilising sustainable design, materials and drainage.
