About Castlevale
Castlevale was established by Martin Foster who, with over 20 years experience in the property market in North Yorkshire, is highly respected for his knowledge and expertise.
Following a successful early professional career in property he eventually sold his company to Savills, where he became a director, leaving in 2002 to become involved in independent property development.
Operations director Terry Davies was formerly managing director for a leading national house builder and joined the Castlevale board following a number of years as resident consultant.
To facilitate the group’s ongoing growth, Castlevale has recently acquired a 2,500 sq ft office building at Colburn Business Park, near Catterick.
We pride ourselves on the strong associations we have created with local and district authorities, registered social landlords, land owners and professional advisors, with specific experience in the districts of Richmond and Hambleton.
Our core skills focus on successful development strategies and the detail involved in the progression of planning processes.
Examples of previous projects we have been involved with include:-
- Teleware House, Thirsk Industrial Park, a 30,000ft² office.
- Redevelopment of Alverton Factory, Malpas Road, Northallerton, a brownfield regeneration site.
- St Giles Square, Brough with St Giles, Richmond, a mixed use residential/retail and Care Home development.
- Castlevale Park, Brompton-on-Swale, Richmond, an 18 acre Business Park.
- White Rose House, Thurston Road, Northallerton, a new 20,000ft² office for North Yorkshire County Council.
- North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue, 10,000ft² office headquarters, Thurston Road, Northallerton.
We aim to become regarded as the obvious name to contact for property development in Richmondshire and Hambleton District Council regions.
