About Castlevale
Castlevale was established by Martin Foster who, with over 20 years experience in the property market in North Yorkshire, is highly respected for his knowledge and expertise.
Having started out within the property profession he ultimately sold his company to Savills where he became a Director.
Upon leaving Savills in 2002 Martin became involved in property development.
We pride ourselves with the relations we have created with local and District Authorities, registered social landlords, land owners and professional advisors, and specifically for our experience in the districts of Richmond and Hambleton.
Examples of previous projects Martin has been involved with include:-
- Teleware House, Thirsk Industrial Park, a 30,000ft² office.
- Redevelopment of Alverton Factory, Malpas Road, Northallerton, a brownfield regeneration site.
- St Giles Square, Brough with St Giles, Richmond, a mixed use residential/retail and Care Home development.
- Castlevale Park, Brompton-on-Swale, Richmond, an 18 acre Business Park.
- White Rose House, Thurston Road, Northallerton, a new 20,000ft² office for North Yorkshire County Council.
- North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue, 10,000ft² office headquarters, Thurston Road, Northallerton.
